Job Title: Human Resources/Telephone CSR
Job Status: Non-Exempt
Reports to: Office Manager

Summary:

Complete all steps necessary for human resources, including:

  • All aspects of new hire onboarding
  • Overseeing of data input of invoices (payments, parts, Job summary, and spelling)
  • Batch all completed invoices in company software
  • Process weekly payroll (calculation of commissions, time cards and inputting data to 3rd party vendor)
  • Transfer data to Quickbooks
  • Prepare reports to go to team members
  • File Intents and Affidavits for prevailing wage jobs
  • Track employee referrals and spiffs
  • Handle Garnishments, reports to L & I, injury reports, return to work and other required papers
  • Handle all exit paperwork for terminating employees

Complete all steps for phone customer service and office duties

  • Answer phones
  • Schedule calls for service people
  • Set messages to appropriate people
  • Any other office duties as required
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
  • Receive all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner (according to scripts)
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers at all times.
  • Performing office clerical work, such as filing and organizing.

Other Required Qualifications

  • Be pleasant, engaging, and positive on the phones (and in the office).
  • High School graduate (or equivalent)
  • Working as a team player contributing to the team accordingly.
  • Minimum three years office experience
  • Must have basic/intermediate computer/technology skills (multi-line phones, MS Office)
  • Ability to complete other tasks as required
  • Team member and customer focused
  • Flexible schedule (possibility to work evenings/weekends)
  • Self-Motivation
  • Ability to left 25 lbs
  • Team Player

Salary Range: $14 - $15/hour DOE

Compensation: $14 to $15/hr DOE
