HOURLY AND BONUS PAY ON EVERY JOB. EARNING POTENTIAL IS Unlimited. TECHNICIAN AVERAGE YEARLY INCOME, IS BETWEEN $60,000 TO $90,000.

WE HAVE A FULL TIME, UNDERGROUND INSTALLATION TEAM THAT DOES ALL OF THE BIG WORK. OUR TECHS RECIEVE A SUBSTANTIAL BONUS FOR SECURING THE JOB, THEN HANDS IT OFF TO THE UNDERGROUND CREW WHO DOES THE WORK.

WE CALL IT "THE FROSTING ON THE CAKE". THIS ALLOWS OUR TECHS TO TAKE OTHER JOBS WHILE HIS/HER DIG JOB IS IN PROCESS.

Key Accountabilities:

The successful applicant will:

Partner as a technician to evaluate plumbing challenges and provide options to the business to continuously improve issues.
Communicate with customers, act in a team environment and pursue solutions to complex problems.
Perform all repairs and replacements to code.
Be capable of trouble shooting, diagnosing and explaining all problems and options to the client.
Be capable of performing a through and accurate inspections and communicating findings to the client.
Be capable of offering customer options based on findings related to their issue.
Be capable of entering and completing service invoice on an I pad in a legible and clear manner.
Communicate effectively with dispatcher and office personnel.
Perform calculations necessary for work as well as calculations necessary for invoicing purposes.
Be responsible to follow up with clients as necessary.
Be accountable for maintain cleanliness of equipment, truck and job site.
Be accountable for maintaining accurate and quality inventory on truck.
Present a professional image by arriving on time, wearing company uniforms, and being neat, and well groomed.

Qualifications:

Clean driving record and valid driver's license
Must have excellent customer skills, desire and ability to exceed customer expectations.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Ability to pass a drug test.
Possess written and verbal communications skills.
Can work and complete tasks independently and as a team member.
Capability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to willingness to regularly follow up with management.
Eager to lean and assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as required.
Required Experience - 2 years in drain cleaning and Plumbing

Physical demands -- Moving tools and equipment in and out of customer's homes, stand , walk, sit, talk or listen for long periods of time. Employee must occasionally lift/ move up to 200lb, load and stack heavy boxes. Must be able to work with your hands, bend over and kneel.

Work Environment:

Continuing Plumbing Service Professional Training of the Mr. Rooter System.

Uniforms, tools, equipment and truck will be provided by Employer

Be able to work flexible hours: days, nights and weekends.

Compensation: $1000.00 signing bonus for qualified technician with experience
