We are hiring residential service plumbers. We are NOT hiring a new construction plumber, handyman or jack of all trades. This means you must have experience working with homeowners. You need to be top notch technically and
be a detail-oriented tradesman that is able to communicate with our customers both verbally and on paperwork.

As a service plumber you will be mainly working with homeowners, you must be well groomed, friendly, honest and professional. You must be able to diagnose and present our services to the homeowner in a manner in which they understand the diagnosis and then what is necessary to make the repair. Our motto is "fix it right, fix it forever". You will be trained on our national 14 step delivery system and our electronic menu pricing guide.
We are a full service plumbing and drain cleaning company. As a Mr. Rooter Service Technician you will have the availability to drive a company vehicle to and from work. Our company offers our customers emergency plumbing services 24/7. We are available to them 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You will be assigned a flexible work schedule that will include either a Saturday or a Sunday shift as well as an on call overnight shift. You will be given everything you need to succeed in the field including state of the art equipment and a tablet for improved customer billing and reference in the field. You will need to provide your own hand tools...that means if it has a plug we provide it! Some of the benefits that will be available to you are medical insurance and PTO, 401K.

Compensation: $50,000 +
