Our Customer Service Representatives are our customers' first point of contact! Therefore, they must exemplifying our code of values, by showing respect and courtesy to all people.

The specific job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Receive incoming calls & making outbound calls.
  • Ability to handle several phone calls at one time.
  • Book service appointments.
  • Accurate data entry of service calls and related information.
  • Manage lead sourcing and commercial work orders through email.
  • Use customer development techniques to solicit work through phone, email, and other methods.
  • Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.
Required Attributes:
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, energetic, and enjoys helping people.
  • Exemplary communication skills.
  • Driven to provide the highest level of customer service.
  • Effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
  • Proficient MS Suite user
  • Understand the importance of serving others and taking care of their needs.
  • Enjoy working as a team while being able to handle situations on your own as well.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
  • Sense of humor.
Education & Experience:
  • High School Diploma
  • 2-years' customer service/call center experience
  • or equivalent combination of education and experience

Physical Requirements:

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
