We have an immediate need for an Excavation/Heavy Equipment Operator. In terms of the technical side of the position, the ideal candidate should have the following:

Minimum 3 years experience operating excavation equipment (backhoe, excavator, mini-excavator)
Experience with utility work - sewer and water lines.
Underground plumbing/pipe-fitting experience

Additionally, being a service company means we are often responding to customers in a time which can be very stressful because no one plans to have plumbing issues. So, the successful candidate should meet these qualifications as well:

Ability to manage time to work safely and efficiently both independently and as a team with others on the dig crew
Able to empathize with customers and provide great customer service
Ability to pass background check including review of driving record and drug screen
